The candidates, who have been selected for enrollment in the PhD Programme for the session 2018 – 19 are hereby informed to report to their concerned departments for provisional admission within 14th July, 2018 to 24th July, 2018.
Selected Candidates need to pay the Requisite Fee Rs. 2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) [Admission / Enrollment Fees (one time) = Rs.500, Library Fee (one time) = Rs.1000, Session Fee (one time) = Rs. 500] only through SBI Collect portal ( https://www.onlinesbi.com/prelogin/icollecthome.htm ) within 14th July, 2018 to 24th July, 2018.
The Candidates should bring the following documents at the time of reporting to the respective departments to complete their enrollment formalities as the case may be.
· Original and one self-attested photocopy of his / her Photo Identity Proof.
· Original and one self-attested photocopy of all mark sheets and certificates from 10th Standard to onwards.
· Original and one self-attested photocopy of the caste and PWD certificate if applicable.
· Original and one photocopy of the transaction slip of fees payment.
· A total of five Affidavits duly signed by the candidate and guardian on Anti-Ragging, Anti-Sexual Harassment and Anti-Racism on Non-judicial Stamp paper. The texts of these affidavits are provided below:
- DECLARATION BY THE STUDENT AGAINST RACISM
- DECLARATION BY THE STUDENT ON SEXUAL HARASSMENT
- DECLARATION BY PARENT/GUARDIAN AGAINST SEXUAL HARASSMENT
- AFFIDAVIT BY THE STUDENT ON ANTI-RAGGING
- AFFIDAVIT BY PARENT/GUARDIAN ON ANTI-RAGGING
· Two copies of passport sized colour photo of the candidate in recent times. One of them should be affixed in the ID card form. The other should be signed by the candidate at the reverse side of the photograph.
· Original and one self-attested Photocopy of address proof (as recorded during application).
· Original and one self-attested photocopy of proof of the Date of Birth (as recorded during application) of the candidate.
· Candidate’s Blood group certificate in original.
