b) Party is requested to keep in touch with HOD- Department of Life Sciences (DLS), Presidency University before quoting the rate for better knowledge of specification & quality of material.

c) Quoted price should include VAT and any applicable discounts.

d) Warranty must be mentioned in your offer for all the above items.

Terms & conditions of the Quotations:-

1. Price should be inclusive of all charges for delivery of goods/articles at Presidency University.

2. Sample must be attached with quotation in all possible cases.

3. Manufacturer‘s name & the country of origin of the materials offered must be clearly specified, failing which the tender will not be considered.

4. The quotations should be made by the vendors in their original letters head clearly indicating the specification, quantity, price on free delivery at site basis, rate of tax as applicable, discount etc.

5. Quotationers must as far as possible, arrange to supply the materials within the stipulated time mentioned in the work / supply order. This delivery time must be strictly adhered to. Failure to supply within the specified time will lead to cancellation of the order without notice.

6. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation in part or full without assigning any reason thereto.

7. In all cases of disputes, the decision of the University shall be final & binding on you.
