Up-Gradation of existing E-Campus Network at Presidency University—an ICT Project.

Presidency University, Kolkata invites sealed bids from reputed ISO Certified on System Integration 9001:2008 Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM)/ their Authorized certified Distributors/Dealers for up-gradation of existing E-Campus Network as per the annexure I.

Interested vendors are requested to send their sealed bids as per Technical Specifications (Annexure-I & II) andGeneral Terms & Conditions (Annexure-VI), along with details in the Technical Bid Format (Annexure–III) and signed Declaration (Annexure–IV) under a Two-Cover System.
Cover I (Technical Bid) should contain duly filled in & signed Technical Bid Documents. Annexure I, II, III, all required documents, two Demand Drafts in favour of Presidency University payable at Kolkata as per general terms and conditions (point 5 & 6 of annexure VI).
Cover II should contain the Price Bid in Annexure V. Both cover I & II should be contained in a Master cover super scribing the name of the job, tender notification no, date and addressed to, The Registrar, Presidency University, 86/1, College Street, Kolkata-700 073.
Last date of submission is 21^st January up-to 3 pm.
Opening of Cover I(Technical Bid) 28^th January at 3:00 p.m.
Cover II will be opened if Cover I is found in order.
A checklist and compliance statement, fulfilling all requirements on the product and vendor profile and capability shall also be submitted.

The technical proposals submitted by the OEM/Vendors will be evaluated first by a technical committee and the price bids submitted by only the technically qualified OEMs/vendors will be opened for price comparison.

T he Technical bids will be opened on 28^th January at 3:00 p.m.
