JRF position in DST funded project “2-D Nanomaterials for Flexible Photo Detector” at the Department of Physics. PI: Dr. Sukanta De.


Applications are invited from eligible candidates to work as a Junior Research Fellow (1 post) in the Project entitled “ 2-D Nanomaterials for Flexible Photo Detectorfunded by Department of Science & Technology (DST), Government of India (Sanc. No. SB/FTP/PS-190/2013).

Post: JRF (ONE)

Project Duration:

Appointment will be for 3 years or till end of project and subjected to annual review for further extension that will be granted based on the research progress and accomplishments.

Fellowship: Rs 12000/- + HRA (15%) + MA for first two years

Rs 14000/- + HRA (15%) + MA for third year

Eligibility: First class M.Sc. degree or equivalent in Physics or Chemistry

Desirable:

Applicants having (i) a valid rank in CSIR/ UGC/ NET JRF Examination OR a valid DST- INSPIRE fellowship; (ii) Research experience in nanomaterials synthesis and characterization.
