Sealed quotations are invited from the reputed tax consultants /enlisted tax consultants of the University to quote their lowest possible rate for providing services for taxation works subject to the following terms and conditions. The quotation must be addressed to the Finance Officer and submitted to the Finance Office of the University.

The last date & time for submission of quotation is 28/07/2025 up to 4-30 P.M.

The taxation works is comprising the following job: 

Note: 

1. a) The sealed cover should be duly super scribed with the enquiry no & date and name of the item quoted in block letter.
2. b) Party is requested to keep in touch with Accounts Officer, Presidency University before quoting the rate for better knowledge of work etc.
3. c) Please make sure to mention the Consolidated price per month and cumulative price for all items that should be inclusive of all taxes, duties and other charges.

Finance Officer

Terms & conditions of the Quotation:-

1. The bidder must be GST-Registered (photocopy of the GST Registration Certificate to be provided along with the quotation). Quotations of the unregistered dealers would be summarily rejected.
2. Initially the contract will be for one year. The same may be renewed on satisfactory performance at sole discretion of the University.
3. The quotations should be made by the vendors in their original letterheads clearly indicating the aforesaid services in details.
4. Price should be quoted in the above format, otherwise it is liable to be cancelled.
5. Sub-contract in any form will not be entertained by the University.
6. All the dispute arising out of the order shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Kolkata only.
7. Rate and amount of GST for each item is to be specified in the quotation.
8. Payment shall be made after successful completion of the service as will be specified in the Purchase Order and on submission of the bill and other necessary papers duly certified by the competent authority, Presidency University. No advance payment will be made.
9. Validity of the quotation will be at least 3 (three) months from the closing date of the enquiry.
10. Our enquiry no and date & Purchase order no. and date must be quoted on all correspondences and those should be duly signed and seal.
11. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation in part or full without assigning any reason thereto.
12. The bidder must submit scanned copies of the following documents:
13. Certificate of Incorporation (in case of company) / partnership deed (in case of firm) etc.
14. Valid trade license
15. Copy of the PAN Certificate
16. GST Registration Certificate
17. In all cases of disputes, the decision of the University shall be final & binding on you.
