Essential:

1. Post graduate in any social science discipline (55% minimum) with NET /M.Phil. / Ph.D)
2. Having good reading and writing skill in English
3. Knowledge of STATA software and computer applications (for e.g. MS-Word, MS Excel), Nvivo and SPSS

The candidate will work with other members of the research team under the supervision of the principal investigator. He/ she would be required to

● Conduct review of literature

● Prepare questionnaire

● Collect data

● Sort and organize the data

● Analyse the collected data

● Prepare project report

She/ He would also be required to sort and organize the data in MS Excel. Literature review, questionnaire design, data tabulation, organization and analysis & organization, report preparation.

2) Having good reading and writing skills in English.

3)Knowledge of computer applications

(for e.g. MS-Word, MS Excel).

The candidate would be required to collect data through the primary survey in various urban local bodies of West Bengal .

Proficiency in English and MS Word, MS Excel/STATA, Nvivo, Remote sensing and GIS mapping in Arc GIS, Q-GIS, Google earth engine.
